Charity was purchased from Roger and Jason Shabel when I purchased Cyrus back. Charity is a deep dark red, has a great voice, and I am sure she will make a great hound.
Her Sire, Willy Boy, is an outstanding coon dog originally trained by Johnnie Statts in West Virginia, and he is now owned by Roger and Jason Shabel. Her Dam, Dolly, was bred at Timber Chopper Kennels from Huss’ Last Chance Skunk and Walter Anderson’s Sadie, a full sister to GRNITE CH “PR” Nighty Nite Moonlight Kate.
We look forward to developing Charity into her full potential.

Cyrus was originally sold as an eight week old puppy to Mr. Reed in the Midwest. Long story short, Cyrus started treeing raccoons in his back yard keeping Mr. Reed and the neighbors awake. I received a call from Mr. Reed asking me to take Cyrus back before he was asked to leave the neighborhood.
I took Cyrus back and shortly afterwards Eric Norris took Cyrus and made him into a Night Champion. Eric then sold Cyrus to Roger and Jason, and they made him a Grand Nite Champion and qualified him for the UKC World Hunt in 2008.
Needless to say, I was delighted when the Shabels agreed to sell Cyrus back to me. Cyrus is an outstanding track and tree dog, second to none. His record speaks for itself and he is now producing outstanding offspring. If you want the best, you should breed to Cyrus or purchase a pair of his puppies.

Once again, Timber Chopper breeding at its best! Dolly is a night track and tree dog. I had Dolly when she was a pup, sold her to Roger Shabel, and have purchased her back. Dolly is dark red in color, has a good mouth, and will tree with the best.
Her offspring should do well.

Fancy is making an average coon dog. She is a nice track and tree dog, but is a close hunter. Once Fancy trees, she barks approximately 85 barks per minute.
A better pedigree is hard to find.

Hope is a three year old female from Timber Chopper Cyrus. She is a great strike and tree dog.

Once again, a better pedigree is hard to find! I purchased Jackie from Mr. Simmons over in Tennessee. She is a nice pleasure dog. She has a good nose for starting a track and getting that first strike. Once she gets to the tree she is there to stay.
I feel Jackie will be a great asset to our hunting and breeding program. We will be breeding her to Cyrus. Thank you to Mr. James Simmons for selling me Jackie.

Kobie has been strictly used as a bear rig dog. He was started on bear by Granger Frederick in Boise, Idaho. His first year he saw 38 bear. Kobie has an outstanding voice and can wind a bear as good as any. His pups have started early and have done an excellent job.
If you want to get the job done, consider breeding to Kobie or getting a pup by him. He is a great hound!

A great coonhound with a sweet disposition, LuLu has been a good dog and has raised many pups that have done well. Due to her age, we do not plan on breeding her anymore.
One of her best crosses was with Connie Gibson’s Bingo Male. We have several outstanding bear dogs in North Carolina from this breeding.

Magic was bred by Connie Gibson in North Carolina. She has mainly been used on raccoon, but also on bear. She is a small dog with a lot of go and will power. She is a good strike dog on raccoon and pack dog on bear.
Magic is dark red in color and has a good hound voice.

Mandy is a good, hard tree dog and has been in our breeding program for three to four years. We have bred her several times and have gotten great reports back on her offspring.
In her second and third generation she has great breeding, such as Nite Champion Coffman’s Little Barney, CH GRNITECH “PR” Have One Hank JR, CH GRNITECH “PR” Coffman’s Sweet Candy, NITECH GRCH Hersh’s Huntin Red Ike, and many others.

Black & Tan bear dog at its best! Dollar is an outstanding strike dog on bear. Dollar knows his job. He loves to jump up on the rig box. He is a strike dog second to none.
Last season he was found severely injured treeing. Before they could get him leashed, the bear came out of the tree and was gone, and Dollar was right behind. The bear treed again approximately two miles away and when the people arrived he was there treeing his heart out. Dollar is not mean or growly. If there is a mean dog at the tree, Dollar will back off and continue treeing ten feet away.
